- Helping people-in-need to locate and give info for obtaining resources - aid, supplies, things to get back on their feet with regular life
- Helping donors, sponsors, loaners and others who have resources that are needed, to get connected with the people who can use what they have the most, the soonest
It's all very much about using old-tech, low-tech, and high-tech in a volunteer capacity and taking advantage of large groups of helpers and volunteers who are in social networks over the whole world.
